Training and Development

Based out of the Chicagoland area, TM Consulting Group Inc. offers human resources services, workforce training and development, and business process consulting to local businesses in the Chicagoland area (including Wisconsin and Indiana) as well as companies throughout the U.S.

We offer leadership development training and team training either in conjunction with other human resource management consulting services or as a standalone engagement. Leadership development and team training sessions are offered as either hands-on, half day or full day “working sessions” (workshops) or as one to two hour “information sessions” (seminars). Either way, all training is customized to meet your specific needs.

There are two other elements that are consistent throughout all our leadership development and team training. First, we believe that the underlying purpose of all training is to connect your employees to your business—to help the entire team understand the goals of the business, their critical role in achieving those goals, and the ways in which everyone shares in the success of that achievement.
