Based out of the Chicagoland area, TM Consulting Group Inc. offers human resource management, workforce training and development, and business process consulting to local businesses in the Chicagoland area (including Wisconsin and Indiana) as well as companies throughout the U.S.

We offer business process consulting and training based on the principles of Lean Six Sigma. Our president, Therese Malm, is Lean Six Sigma Certified as a Black Belt. She has worked with companies in Chicago, Illinois and surrounding areas, helping them learn and apply Lean Six Sigma principles and significantly improve their business processes.

If the idea of Lean Six Sigma seems a bit off-putting and/or if you’ve never heard of it, fear not. While it is an impressive and robust efficiency (Lean) and quality improvement (Six Sigma) process that was born and raised in large corporations, at its core it is simply a framework and formalized mindset to do some very common sense business improvement and maintenance when you have a need to do so. This structured framework helps you to look at existing processes in an objective and analytical way—often from the perspective of what is of value to the customer, make changes to those processes and make certain those changes are effective and sustained over time.
